Good Afternoon!  Well it's August 1st and that means the official start of our FHS XC 2022 season is just around the corner.  Here is some very important information and dates for everyone as we get geared up for the season.

Athletes are expected to have a physical on file before they can practice officially.   This means on or before August 8th at 3:30PM.  SportsZone offers physicals for $25.00.

In addition to a physical all athletes and parents must have their accounts in planeths.com up to date.  All usernames and passwords should be the same as last year.

Official Practice Begins - August 8th.  Our schedule for that week looks like this:

Monday 3:30-5:00pm @ HS

Tuesday 3:30-5:15pm @ HS

Wednesday 8:00-10:30am @ Coach's House - Breakfast Run

Thursday & Friday - Team is at camp.

Parent Meeting - Monday, August 8th @5:30PM.  We will meet in the football bleachers.  If we need to make changes due to weather I will update that here on this page.

Monday, August 15th - Intersquad 1500 Under the lights.  Come and meet our 2022 squads as they compete in a fun intersquad 1500.

Wednesday, August 17th - Team pictures with Hicks Studio @ 4:30.  Practice will follow pictures this day, so it will be a later practice.  Tentatively 5:00-6:30.

Friday, August 19th - St. Johns Under the Lights Invite.  More information to come soon as the date approaches.

I think that covers it for now!

A complete meet schedule is available on athletic.net.  And I will have some fun schedules you can use as phone backgrounds coming soon!
