Bowlers compete in the State Regional Tournament.

Our boys team finished in 12th place at the State Regional Tournament last week, while the girl's team finished in 7th place. The boys had two bowlers finish in the top 25. Derek Prast finished in 15th, while Brayden Hasse finished in 23rd. On the girls side, we had Rachel Svetic finish 13th and Ella Beltz finish in 3rd.
Congrats for a good season for both of our bowling teams.
Falcons take on the Yellow Jackets

Our Falcon's boy team took on Ithaca on 2-8-25. It was a close match that went down to total pin count to decide the match. Freeland had a total of 1892 to Ithaca's 1878. Great job boys.
Our girl's team suffered a lose by a score of 7 to 23.
Falcons Sweep

Our boys and girls team took on the Cavaliers from Carrollton this past Saturday.
The boys came away with 27 to 3 victory, while the girls team captured the win with a score of 23.5 to 6.5
Freeland Wins Two

This past Saturday, our boys bowling team defeated Nouvel by a score of 26-4. Freeland was led by Derik and Sawyer Prast in the victory.
Our girls team also came away with a victory by the score of 29-1. The girls were led by Rachel Svetic, Ella Beltz and Alyssa Crane.
Bowlers Go Up Against John Glenn

Our boys bowling team was led by Vincent Lagalo and Derik Prast, but were unable to come up with a victory, falling 12 to 18.
Our girls team was also defeated by John Glenn, but Ella Beltz, Brooklyn VanDaele and Rachel Svetic.
Falcons Split with Swan Valley

Our boy's bowling team defeated Swan Valley by a score of 28-2. Brayden Hasse had a high game of 218, Derik Prast threw a 211 and Vincent Lagalo shot a 213.
Our girl's suffered a close defeat, coming up short 14-16. Isabel Reinke had a high game of 128.
Freeland will host Bay City John Glenn on 1-18-25 starting t 8:00 am at Valley Lanes.
Falcons Battle the Chargers on the Lane

Freeland's Boys and Girl's bowling teams took on the Chargers of Valley Lutheran on 12-21-24.
The Boy's team came out on top, winning 29-1. The team was led by Sawyer Prast who bowled a 196 game.
The Girls battled, but came up short 10-20. Brooklyn VanDaele had a career high, shooting a 108.
Boys and Girls Bowling Opens Season

Our boys and girls varsity bowling teams opened their season in Ithaca on Saturday, 12-7-24. Both teams battles Frankenmuth for their first conference match.
The boys were led by Derek Prast, shooting games of 179 and 195. The Falcons came up short with the final score of 14 to 16.
The girls also lost a close one with the final score of 14 to 16. Rachel Svetic and Ella Beltz shooting games of 140 and Isabel Reinke shooing a 130.
Both teams travel to the Garber Jamboree on Saturday, 12-14-24.
