The Freshmen Falcons played their final home game of the season against the Frankenmuth
Eagles and lost 42-8.
The Falcons would give up a 1 st quarter score to the Eagles and the Eagles would add another
touchdown in the 2 nd quarter to make it 15-0 at half-time. The Falcons would begin the 2 nd half
with the ball but the drive would stall and they turned the ball over on downs. Frankenmuth
would add another touchdown in the 3 rd quarter and were up 21-0 going into the 4 th quarter. The
Falcons would score on a Drew Darrow pass to Eli Humpert from 16 yards out. Ryan Watkins
would add the 2-point conversion making the score 36-8. The Eagles would score another
touchdown to make 42-8.
The Falcons were led offensively by Ryan Watkins who would have 10 carries for 42 yards,
Nico Goodenough would have 5 carries for 27 yards, quarterback Drew Darrow would go 4 of 8
passing for 41 yards and a touchdown, Robbie Mularz had 3 catches for 25 yards and Eli
Humpert would have a catch for 16 yards and touchdown.
Defensively the Falcons were led by Jace Lindauer and Watkins who each had 6 tackles, Carter
Williamson, Nolan Cunningham, and Noah MacDonald would each add 4 tackles.
The Falcons travel to Bay City John Glenn next Thursday October 12 th for a 4:30pm kickoff.
