The JV Falcons continued their hot streak to start 2024 with a 46-39 victory of John Glenn. The Falcons got off to a hot start pulling ahead 13-9 after the 1st quarter. Glenn responded with a run of their own to take a 25-24 lead, but Freeland scored as the first half came to a close to hold a 1 point lead.
The Falcons opened the 3rd quarter by scoring on 5 straight possessions, but Glenn responded again and kept it close. The 4 quarter saw only 11 points be scored, with the Falcons scoring all 7 of theirs in the final 30 seconds.
Max Heyn hit the go ahead 3 pointer with 30 seconds to go, and the Falcons followed that up with two stops and two buckets to put the game away.
