The Freeland baseball team split a non-league doubleheader at Cass City Monday night dropping game one 6-5, before winning the nightcap 13-0 in 5 innings.
In game one Brady Shavrnoch and Kaden Gerzseny each had two hits.
Carter McLaren threw a complete game 2-hit shutout in game two and struck out six.
Colin Dee, Jake Metiva and Dan Duley each had two hits and 2 RBI, Connor Lasceski, Liam Rump and Shavrnoch each had two hits and an RBI.
Freeland is 18-7 and travels to Bridgeport for a TVC doubleheader Tuesday.
